- Quantitative Results: Approval of the Prio Approval application.
- Qualitative Impact: The delivery of a sensitive conversion of a redundant farm building to provide a new home and realising value for the landowner.

LESSONS LEARNED AND BEST PRACTICES
- Importance of creating a quality conversion
- The value of collaboration between architects and planning consultants to articulate and support the scheme.
CONCLUSION
Intelligent Land has a highly experienced planning team of ex-local authority senior officers. This enables us to provide advice knowing how the Council thinks and the issues which it is likely to consider in any application. Even with relatively straightforward applications, it is our practice to draft a planning statement to explain the rationale and technical assessments behind a proposal so that the Council’s case officer is clear and can be “walked through” the proposal.
