Intelligent Land is a multi-disciplinary practice of Chartered Surveyors, Architects, Town Planners, House-builders and Investors specialising in the financial optimisation of development projects.

Established in 2008 by Mark Hewett, the practice has grown steadily over the past 15 years and is now one of the most experienced and respected consultancies in the region.

Based on the south coast, the practice has seen significant growth in recent years and the structure and working methods of the business allow us to work flexibly and in any area of the country.

Whilst we are all fully trained and proficient in land value optimisation, we each bring separate talents and skills. When blended, these create a complete in-house service, providing beginning-to-end support for anyone with land who wishes to explore their options.
